2. Fees and Payment

All service fees are outlined in our engagement letter and must be paid in full according to the agreed payment schedule. We accept bank transfer and credit card payments. Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 5% per month.

3. Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the services rendered, please notify us within 14 days of invoicing to request a refund.

Extended Refund Terms: For services that have not yet been fully performed, you are entitled to a full refund if you request cancellation within 14 days of service commencement. To initiate a refund, please send a written request to our support team via the contact form or email. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of request approval. Any work already completed beyond the 14-day period may be billed on a pro-rata basis and deducted from the refund amount.

4. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as strictly confidential. Any documents or communications exchanged remain the property of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, templates, and legal documents provided by EntrePowerOne remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use these materials for their business purposes only.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EntrePowerOne’s liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bern, Switzerland.
